The office is open M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Closed Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.

What is required to rent from Hwy 168 Rentals?
A Current Government Issued ID with a local Address, a Credit Card and a Jobsite Address.

Does Hwy 168 Rentals Collect a Deposit on Rental Equipment
Yes, we typically Pre- Authorize a larger amount at the time of the rental and at the time of return we only charge the amount actually due.

Does Hwy 168 Rentals Deliver?
Yes. We can deliver & pick up any of the equipment we rent. Please give us 48 hours advance notice for delivery.

Does Hwy 168 Rentals Require Insurance?
Yes. The equipment rental rates only covers the cost of the bare equipment rental, so either you supply a certificate of insurance listing the equipment and Hwy 168 Rentals as Additional Insured or you can purchase the Equipment Protection Plan listed in the rental agreement.

What is a Rental Period.
A One-day rental is an 8-hour work period. One week is a 40-hour work period over a 5-day week. Four-week work period is 160 hours over 28 days.

What is our contractors’ line.
Our contractors’ line is some of our larger equipment that goes out for a longer period and requires fueling, service and other specifics.
